Craig Wicks - Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
Christina grew up in Prince Albert and began training Taekwondo in 2002. Highlights of Taekwondo career are competing at the ITF World Championships 2017, ITF World Cup in 2018, and ITF World Championships 2019. Currently works as an Exercise Therapist and has enjoyed being able to work as a Trainer for various athletes and sport teams including the PA Northern Bears AAA Hockey, Huskie Athletics, and Junior Men’s National Softball Team. Favourite thing about training is “I really appreciate how much of a family everyone becomes here at LDP. No matter who it is, nor what event or goal is being prepared for, everyone is a part of training for that opportunity and sharing in it. It’s all about the team and helping one another become better."
Sundi Bear - Womens Self Defence
Blue Belt Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Assisits with both the Womens Self Defence and Kids Jiu Jitsu classes.
"I grew up near PA and moved away in my lateteens. I moved back to the area with my family about ten years ago. I've enjoyed the chance to teach and coach sports in the high school where my kids attend.
I joined the LDP team almost seven years ago. Since then, I have trained with a great group of men and women, attended various seminars, and competed whenever possible. Lucian promoted me to purple belt in 2016, and I have continued to train and attend as many tournaments as possible. A huge highlight for me was competing at the IBJJF World Masters tournament in Las Vegas last fall. I hope to continue learning for a long time and help others discover this great martial art."
