"I grew up near PA and moved away in my lateteens. I moved back to the area with my family about ten years ago. I've enjoyed the chance to teach and coach sports in the high school where my kids attend.
I joined the LDP team almost seven years ago. Since then, I have trained with a great group of men and women, attended various seminars, and competed whenever possible. Lucian promoted me to purple belt in 2016, and I have continued to train and attend as many tournaments as possible. A huge highlight for me was competing at the IBJJF World Masters tournament in Las Vegas last fall. I hope to continue learning for a long time and help others discover this great martial art."

No matter who it is, nor what event or goal is being prepared for, everyone is a part of training for that opportunity and sharing in it. It’s all about the team and helping one another become better."
